Cormac McGeough
My Gerard Experience
If my Gerard Force 90 was a car, it would be a cross between a Mercedes Benz and a Ferrari because it’s both an easy-riding bike and a serious race machine.
Of course, as pro racers we ride the bikes we’re given. And they’re all great bikes. But for me, the Force 90 is the perfect road bike because it combines marvelous performance characteristics with real comfort, like no other bike I’ve ridden. Like a classic Italian racing bike, it glides along the road, but when it’s time to put the hammer down, it has the stiffness and speed to win at the line. It’s great for a 3k-cruise to the shops and is the perfect race-day bike for a hard 200k in the mountains. Of course, it looks stunning too, which doesn’t hurt at all.
