Frames selected for testing are subject to various fatigue tests. Here horizontal push/pull forces are precisely applied for 100,000 cycles. 
This stiffness test confirms that the frame can easily handle the highest torque forces on the bottom
Gerard Cycles framesets undergo the highest standard of quality control and product testing that exceeds the international ISO 4210 safety standard by at least 30%
Adherence to strict parameters for headtube stiffness ensures precision steering under high torque forces. 
Vibration testing subjects the frame to 50,000 cycles at 2.5 cycles per second with a distributed load of 176 lbs. (80 kg).
