Frame Sizer
Use the simple frame sizing chart below to determine the correct size frame for you. Follow these steps:
- Measure your total height: Stand with your feet eight inches (approx. 20 cm) apart with your back against a wall. Set something rigid on top of your head so that it’s level and touching the wall. Measure from this point on the wall to the floor.
- Use the chart below to see which frame size maps to your height.
If your height falls directly on one of the vertical lines—for example, 5′ 7″ (170 cm), choose the smaller frame size.
